Introduction & Background

I have no idea how to write a summary of the most important hobby I’ve held onto since I was a child. I grew up holding a camera, a passion I inherited from my mom. Capturing organic, unscripted and authentic moments are a few of the things that I love the most about photography. What started as a way to hold onto memories with friends and family and has since become a method to document travels, and humanity.

I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and grew up in Toronto, Canada. I moved to London, UK in 2018 and have since found a home in Lyon, France.

I am naturally drawn towards a photojournalistic style while also finding joy in portrait, lifestyle and landscape photography. I am always looking to make new connections with people, seeking a way to hold on to experiences without impacting my ability to live in these moments fully. I have recently made an effort to focus on sustainability as one of the main pillars of my photography. I try to travel more consciously and slowly, exploring the world around me. When I document local protests I ensure that my photos do their best to represent natural, raw moments that are not based in consumerism, but rather in conservation.

In 2018, I travelled to South America to rediscover the continent which holds so much history for me, personally. I had the opportunity to explore the Northern tip of La Guajira in Colombia and the “end of the world” in Ushuaia, Argentina. This trip was undeniably influential in my photographic style, learning to document the world around me with a curious eye while overcoming the stereotypes we so often grow up with in North America.

I am constantly striving to experience new things, and welcome different points of view, accept challenging tasks and conversations and simply surround myself with good people.
